- I Can Post the all type of transactions in tally, Focus in the financials view- I can Prepare GST e- Invoices based on PO’s, Work Orders and contract Agreements, and also prepare Quotations as per Indents received from stores and make it purchases Orders.

- Independently handling Joint Ventures (JV) Accounts, Co-ordination with Project heads for submitting RA bills, workout on JV Margins and distribute, apply and getting GST TDS refunds on monthly basis.- I can Prepare GST e- Invoices based on PO’s, Work Orders and contract Agreements, and also prepare Quotations as per Indents received from stores and make it purchases Orders.- Knowledge in preparation of e-Invoice in GST portal and Packing List of Products for Local and domestic sales, Download Waybills from GST Portal. Can raise Credit and Debit Notes to our parties for rate variation, Material returns and other commitments.- Reconcile the GSTR1, GSTR 2B and GSTR 3B with Books then file the GST Annual GSTR 9, and support in 9C- Follow-up the Suppliers/contractors etc. had filed GST returns or not at the time of final payments.- Filling of TDS returns on time.

I am only accounts person in this Organization, so I involved in Accounts & Financial maters, basically.- Posting the all type of transactions in Tally,- Maintain all book of accounts- Prepare payroll, filling the PF, ESI PT returns- Filling of TDS, STPI & VAT (Later GST) Returns- Prepare Sale Invoices, PO's, Revenue & expenditure statements monthly- coordinating with auditors in Auditing and prepare Depreciation statements, P&L and Provisional Balance sheet.- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Tentative & Annual Performance reports for STPI Dept.- Download Softex forms from site and filling & failing etc.- Attending against Notices received from IT, VAT (later GST), PF PT & ESI Dept.- Resolve the issues in PF to employees in PF- Prepare employee's time sheets & Over time calculation etc..- Follow up with bankers in regular matters and FIRC's etc- Coordinating with auditors for ROC fillings in time- Employees tax calculations and deduct Income tax on their salaries and collect Employee saving proofs
