Kore messaging platform brings the entire organization together with a single, streamlined messaging interface. Users can directly message one another, collaborate in group chats, and interact with third-party systems, all without changing accounts or switching apps. Kore integration platform also called as Bots, let users message one-on-one with the apps and systems they use to do their jobs. Bots deliver alerts, execute actions in third-party systems, and generate reports.My role as an architect was to build the platform to support Kore's messaging, bots and enterprise products. The key requirements of the platform are high scalability, highly performing and high availability, fututrsitc with no single point of failures.
