As an IAM production lead my responsibility is to work on thecritical login issue, preserving current functionality, restructuringthe code and enhance the code by capturing the logs for therespective application by evaluating the findings and submittingthe RCA. Furthermore, I have been working on the incidents tosolve the incoming issue by providing the access to user for overall45+ applications throughout the Cummins organization, as eachtype of user will have unique flow to login the specifiedapplication. As lead I use to present the weekly status report tostakeholder by analyzing the incoming ticket. In addition, I haveonboard the user into IAM by analyzing the object and fields afterthe new application got onboard into production. IAM involvedmultiple API calls as the login failure which involved multiplecheck with middleware and Cloud teams, So I have contributed theorganization by developing the Splunk dashboard for multiple APIcall as an automation, As it will track the login failure count of eachapplication.
