Partnered with Manufacturing to launch Supplier Relationship Excellence program leveraging Lean to improve quality, control variability, and increase productivity. Led the procurement outsourcing initiative and was also the sourcing lead for outsourcing business capability initiatives.

Founding CEO for 2 years after coming up with the concept for this physician services company and raising over $3M in angel capital; assembled the team and delivered on the proof of concept by executing pilots at different clinics across the country.

Over 9 years, had increasing positions of responsibility including P&L ownership by establishing shared services team to provide outsourcing services to international customers as well as leading the technology consulting group for hospitals that included Southern California region of Kaiser Permanente.
