Oversee the Talent Acquisition (TA) function for both India and US locations within the BFSI-Data Engineering organization. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities, including:• Crafting the Hiring Plan and TA Strategy.• Efficiently managing Offer Management processes.• Collaborating and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.• Establishing and monitoring Recruitment metrics.• Implementing TA Process Automation and managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS).• Driving continuous Process Improvements throughout the Hiring Cycle.• Talent Management• Effective Team Management.• Vendor Management• DE Branding• Strategize and implement fresher training.Additionally, I take the lead in managing the Training and Development function for the entire organization.
