With over five years of experience in product design and development engineering, I am a senior design engineer at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, one of the leading automotive and farm equipment manufacturers in India. My mission is to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions for engine cooling and HVAC systems for both gasoline and electric vehicles of different segments.I have expertise in CATIA, Generative Shape Design, GT Suite, and other software tools that enable me to design, size, and configure radiators, condensers, intercoolers, fan modules, hoses, brackets, and air guides. I also have strong technical and analytical skills that allow me to perform DFMEA, DVP, APQP, PPAP, issue management, BOM management, and simulation and analysis reports. I have contributed to the successful launch of several passenger vehicles, including the Citroen C3, C3 Aircross and eC3 and the heavy vehicles of M&M. I enjoy working with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
