Responsibility in Current Job:• Testing and Development of Electrical and Electronics components Knowledge in Electric Vehicle Component parts like ECU Unit, Sensors ,RR Unit, Starter Motor, Starter relay, Wiring harness, etc.,• Calibration of testing instruments. In-house and out source. Upgradation of measuring instruments, certificate documentation for ISO audit and test rigs.• Lab facility build-up and updating the measuring instruments, test rigs and test fixtures preparation for new projects and development parts. • Preparation test procedure, RE test standards for electrical components by using reference standard like ARAI Requirement and ISO and JIS standards. • Prepared wiring harness for NPD Vehicle (Proto) samples of NR -61 Projects.• Diagram of electrical circuit like schematic diagram, Assembly creation components connection diagram.• Warranty components testing and analysis for high priority (Joint analysis with supplier).
