Assists in determining root cause analysis for issues that arise during assembly and test of systems. Gathers operational and test data and evaluates results. Perform routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions and such as design, test checkout, fabrication modification, troubleshooting and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, prototype models, specialized test equipment procedures and scientific methods. Works with a moderate degree of supervision. May test and troubleshoot system level and component level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub-systems. May perform new system and NPI installations and field upgrades. Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layout or plans to perform routine testing and troubleshooting. Compiles logbooks and test procedures documentations utilizing good writing skills. May perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & vacuum and process testing on AMAT platforms to Engineering and manufacturing documentations and specifications. Observe all safety standards. Maintains a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment. Becomes familiar with current manufacturing and engineering processes and stays informed of any changes in procedures. Assists in the correction of problems. Act as first level support for the factory automation system team and attend to day-to-day systems issues, perform troubleshooting. Participate in system enhancement initiatives by collecting user feedbacks and suggest improvement idea, potentially helping to develop and implement them. Assist in providing briefing, guidance and training to end users on the implementation of new features or enhancement developed by automation team. Support manufacturing for system testing activities on machine. May perform rework as a result of testing.

Responsibilities: To install and maintain the Testers, Prober, Thermostream, Oven and etc…Tester:o J750 - Teradyne, V93K - Advantest, Flex -TeradyneProber:o EX300, EX3000, EX3000 UF - Accretech.Thermostream &Oven:o Temptronic, ATS-710-M-9, Gen-2, Gen-3 and etc… Perform daily equipment maintenance & 5S. Performing to do calibration of different kind of ATE equipment’s as per PM procedure. Align with respective vendor or Production tester maintenance group, to perform troubleshooting for ATE equipment’s and maintain records. Diagnose equipment problems and implement solutions during troubleshooting. Setup and test devices according to Engineers instructions and support remote access request (test setup, changing of device, testing and collecting results) through emails conversation. Support initial prober setup (J750 setup & V93k tester direct docking), check contact (TDR) and performing recipe creation. (Multi-site Probing, Index Probing) Involving FE uHAST wafer testing, and Backend testing.( M3990B1, M3991A1, A3G start up) Able to operate automated test equipment and other bench test equipment such a temperature forcing system and automated handler. Able to work independently, follow instructions from respective team, and be responsible for completing assigned tasks. To Maintain & follow Clean Room safe work procedure at DC Engineering Room, Lab, Test floor, IBIS, wafer test floor. Prepare the tested wafers, do a packing as per procedure and ship out as per requirements.
