 Leading QA function (SQI & Material) at M&M-RDP plant. VPPAP closure of new development parts and alternative source parts  System, process and product audit to improve the supplier process to meet the M&M requirements Resolution of customer complaint and effectiveness monitoring to avoid reoccurrence Designed & developed training programs for venders to improve the skill and will. Failure analysis of in-house and field failed parts Ensured compliance of all process with TS16949, ISO14001,OHSAS18001,ISO27001 and ISO17025Significant Highlights  Played a stellar role in implementation of : Improved the DOL (Direct on Line) percentage from 75% to 92% . Successfully implemented PU paint at Rudrapur plant and Jaipur plant Resolved the major customer pain of pipe fitment issues  Formulated, finalized and implemented KIP and KOP concept in the in-house painting process and vendor end. Planed and established the complete material testing laboratory as per ISO17025 requirements. Instrumental in development of Rudrapur based supplier on special process including heat treatment, priming, powder coating, painting and plating. Trained supplier to improve awareness and knowledge level on basic quality concepts, problem solving methodology, human error prevention methods, and special process. Prepared and effectively utilized the capital budget and revenue budget for Rudrapur quality function to develop & maintain the facilities.

 Jointed as Superintendent Engineer -QA(handling die casting quality assurance and conformance of major OEMs like Volvo, cummens, Hyundai, Honda, Ford and Visteon) Strengthened the quality of PDC and GDC component for both in-house and brought out parts  Analyzed and resolved customer complaints and in-house issues Conformance to blue print on dimensional, metallurgical and radiography aspects Auditing vendor to meet the SCL customer requirements and improving the process accordingly Failure analysis of customer return, in-house rejection and closure of identified issue.Significant Highlights Instrumental in reduction of in-house rejection to improve Cost of quality. Break through improvement made in leakage due to blow hole in the one of esteemed customer Developed 3 new vendors for Heat Treatment, Fettling and casting. Leaded the team to improve supplier rejection from 15% to 1.3%. Developed and maintained the supplier rating at 97% for all suppliers. Heat treatment process capability improved to >1.67. Customer End Rej reduced from 5% to 1%.

Process Audit and Product Audit. Quality In charge for Start up and shut down of pots. Alloying mixing and special alloy continuous ingot casting.Significant Highlights Completion of the projects in record time and appreciation received from M/s.BALCO top management. Instrumental in transformation of the projects stage to operation stage Established process control method along with GAMI.
