Preparing shop drawings for Electrical, ELV system as per the project specification and authority standard.Preparing Design and Drafting of Electrical & ELV systems such as (Lighting, Power, Containment, Cable Routing, Earthing, Lightning, SLD, Facade Lighting, CO, CO2, FAS, CBS, CCTV, BMS, AV, SCS, IPTV, ACS, PAVE, SMATV, LCS, PCS, PMS, GRMS, QM, BGM, Etc.)Review & Study all Design drawings, Specifications, and relevant standards of the project.Preparing engineering calculations, detailed shop drawings as necessary.Preparing Electrical, ELV External Site Plan, Electrical, ELV Room Details & Riser Details.Preparing and generating request for information (RFI) to the design consultant as necessary. Reply to consultant’s comments on shop drawing.Preparing installation drawings of Power, Lighting, Earthing, & All ELV systems etc.Coordination of design drawing with other disciplines such as ID, Structure, ELV and Electrical department.Preparation of O & M Manuals and other documentation prior to project handoverPrepare planned submission schedule for material and shop drawings submittals.Responsible for coordinating with the consultant and Site team and clear any issues/complications in design as per the site condition.Responsible for BOQ and Technical specification preparation.Preparation of the Quantity take off and Estimation for tender purpose based on drawings.Preparing the daily report, weekly report, and monthly report of the drawing register.
