As a part of the Core Banking Implementation project for one of the leading public sector banks in India, I was the Senior Project Lead for the Trade Finance Product Stream responsible for the implementation and support for Eximbills Trade Finance product from China Systems.Project activities include Requirements Gathering, Configuration and Customization of the product, integration with Core Banking, SWIFT and other internal and external systems, testing and migration activities. training of project team and end users of the bank and phased rollout of the product.Responsibilities included project planning, day-to-day monitoring and tracking of the project, participating in progress review meetings, status reporting to the Program Director.

Was the Offshore Deputy Project Manager for a Risk Management Re-engineering project for a premier European Bank.Responsible for tracking of day-to-day project activities, resource planning in conjunction with the Project Manaqers, participating in project management reviews, participating in quarterly client reviews, management reporting on the project progress etc.

Handled the role of Senior Business Consultant for a Trade Finance product implementation for a large european bank in Germany. Work locations were both in Germany as well as Singapore.As a part of the implementation team, responsibilities included Requirement analysis, gap and effort estimations, development and testing and rollout for the implementation of output correspondence module of a third party Trade Finance product.

Accomplished the role of a Project Manager leading a team of banking and IT professionals responsible for the implementation rollout and support for Branch Banking Software product (ISBS) from TCS for over 15 various public sector bank branches in the Bangalore Region. Client related responsibilities include managing the installation of the software product, training of end-users, provide post-implementation support and additional support services as required by the client banks, monitoring and tracking of incidents to closure, conducting periodical user's meet etc.Other responsibilities include Training new joinees to the support team on the product, Resource planning, Prioritization and assignment of tasks, Tracking and publication of monthly and quarterly dash boards on the project activities.

Spearheaded end-to-end implementation and support for Branch Automation Software for the bank. Successfully accomplished the migration from ALPM to TBA at ADCB. Responsibilities also included Vendor Management, IT Resource Management, Procurements, etc.

Successfully rolled out the Pilot Implementation for the Branch Automation Software for the Overseas Branch of the Bank. Diligently handled the migration of data from Manual system to TBA system. Support for all other branches implenting the same version of the software.

Was part of the development and support team for the factoring software. Developed code for enhancement of the product functionality and various MIS and Client correspondence.Involved in the design and development of an in-house reporting module and Asset Register.
