• Creation of material master (MRP 1,2,3 & 4, work scheduling) for a new product e.g., FG, SFG, RM & Consumable, Releasing production orders, processing the orders & Stock transfer.
• Creation of a Bill of Material which is being used in material requirement planning and product costing. Work center creation & maintaining capacity & scheduling data for Machines or groups of machines.
• Ensure material accountability through ERP drawls & Chargeability of materials in production orders. Maintain system WIP as per production plan for account closure and continuous monitoring of performance-related.
• Strategic 4M planning, Coordination with all departments for efficient use of resources & smooth Operation.

• Responsible for managing and maintaining stock requirements in line with the budgeted & seasonal demands.
• Conducting order reviews and planning of materials based on consumption.
• Processing the order to the vendor for the material requirement through SCM-SRM & ERP-SAP.
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely material supply and also timely payment for them.

• In-charge of the Dump Truck Assembly line and Initial Testing.
• Regular follow-up with allied dept. for components & consumables for Assembly Line.
• Assigning the production activity based on the material availability and priority of the orders.

Process: Data compiled, cleansed, tagged and parsed into industry segments & verticals.Impact: Underlying trends were analysed and a report.
