PP- Coordinator in Production Control Dept. and responsible for material accountability through ERP-SAP ECC.• Creation of material master (MRP 1,2,3 & 4, work scheduling) for a new product e.g., FG, SFG, RM & Consumable, Releasing production orders, processing the orders & Stock transfer.• Creation of a Bill of Material which is being used in material requirement planning and product costing. Work center creation & maintaining capacity & scheduling data for Machines or groups of machines.• Ensure material accountability through ERP drawls & Chargeability of materials in production orders. Maintain system WIP as per production plan for account closure and continuous monitoring of performance-related activities like Value of Production (VOP), GR & GI w.r.t Production Orders.• Strategic 4M planning, Coordination with all departments for efficient use of resources & smooth Operation.

Responsible for managing and maintaining stock requirements in line with the budgeted & seasonal demands.• Conducting order reviews and planning of materials based on consumption.• Processing the order to the vendor for the material requirement through SCM-SRM & ERP-SAP.• Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely material supply and also timely payment for them.

In-charge of the Dump Truck Assembly line and Initial Testing.• Regular follow-up with allied dept. for components & consumables for Assembly Line.• Assigning the production activity based on the material availability and priority of the orders.

Analytics Project: “A STUDY OF C-SUITE MOVEMENTS IN INDIA”The data of the various CXO job changes between Jan’2022 to April’2022, were extracted from their LinkedIn Profiles and digital media sources in the HR domain. Process: Data compiled, cleansed, tagged and parsed into industry segments & verticals.Impact: Underlying trends were analysed and a report was presented, which was accepted to form the base point for the mentor organization to use and to further enhance their leadership hiring process.
