My expertise encompasses the entire spectrum of HRM functions.I have spent over two decades leading senior HR roles within three prominent multinational organizations headquartered in the Middle East, cultivating a deep understanding of global HR dynamics. Additionally, I co-founded a Consulting Firm and presently oversee its Middle East operations. My current focus centers on spearheading various projects in Leadership Development, Performance Management, HR education, and elevating HR Functional Excellence.My qualifications underscore my commitment to excellence in HR. I hold an MPhil in Management, a postgraduate degree in Social Work specialized in HR, a degree in law, and another in Economics. My professional certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resource (GPHR), and SHRM (SCP). I am a certified Level B+ Assessor by the British Psychological Society, proficient in Hay Methodology, and a Competent Speaker & Leader certified by Toastmasters International. I am also actively pursuing a Doctoral Program at UCAM, Spain.Throughout my career, I have successfully led and managed comprehensive HR transformation initiatives, HRMS implementations, Compensation & Benefits programs, and Leadership Development projects.
