-Led the transition of the Design/Modeling team of transmission system into our division and improved workflow by using the latest MS office tools resulting in 20% quicker in design approvals which resulted in meeting crucial program timelines.-Involved in solving the Brake Inefficiency of 424-B2 machines through SIX SIGMA-DMAIC process and by performing DoE trials with the boosted Brake Master Cylinder.-Accurately designed , Modelled Splines in shafts and Gear teeth profile which helped in the new supplier development of Gears for Wheel loader Machines

Joining as a Trainee Engineer, fresh graduate out of College I got the opportunity to get a taste of the cross functional teams in the organisation and I quickly got involved in the design projects where my responsibilities included:-Concept generation and involving in Design FMEA-Translating industrial design concepts into CREO models-Creating CREO models using STEP/IGES file-Creating configrations using Family Table and Simplified Reps-Generating sheetmetal enclosure concepts and models-Created part level and assembly level drawings-Design of plastic parts for auto components-Applying DFMA concepts to improve manufacturability
