Joined as Lead Consultant to manage delivery of multiple projects. I created a team of Business Analysts and was promoted as Managing Consultant for this team.Promoted from Managing Consultant to Product Manager, I was tasked to create software products that can be marketed to the Oil and Gas industry. I created multiple software products covering end to end functions. Also created/trained a team of two functional consultants to work with the 20-member Development team. In one year, was promoted to Senior Product Manager for this team.Now that the Product is stable, I am currently promoted as Director tasked to manage Pre-sales and Delivery in addition to providing subject matter expertise to the Product Management team. . I am also tasked to create models that can automate multiple complete Financial Accounting integration with the ETRM system and take the Techoil Product beyond ETRM to a complete Trading and Accounting system.

I joined as a Credit Analyst during May-2006 providing Customer Credit worthiness analysis to the CFO. In this role I initiated discussions with Suppliers to provide open credit and reduced the financing costs. I was promoted as Credit Officer with credit approval authority by May-2008Then I was promoted as "Assistant Manger - Risk Management" to manage the Market Risk for Chemoil Group in addition to the Credit Risk Management. In this role I managed derivative operations, credit risk and market risk reporting. I initiated automatons in this role which enabled Chemoil to handle new businesses without expanding the team size.After two years managing Risk Management, I was promoted as the head of AR dept. and tasked create the team & processes necessary to handle the centralised Invoicing & Collection process. I created a team of 4 members to manage the AR process. I also spearheaded the integration of newly acquired Brokerage business into the centralised teamWhen Chemoil decided to decentralise its back office proceses and bring in automated systems, a new Business Process department was created and I was tasked to head this department. My primary task was to identify the areas of automation so as to reduce/re-purpose the existing resources. In this role, I created integrated software design consisting multiple software products. I also spear headed the creation and implementation of this integrated ETRM in Chemoil.
