• Held independent charge of operations for two Branches, Dwarakanagar and Madhurwada This includes (but not limited to):• Schedule preparation, coordination and support for the BD Team, for compilation of Student database and for visiting various colleges/ schools to meet the Heads of Institution. • Counseling students & parents regarding the programs/ courses offered and relevant advantages, to enable enrollments.• Scheduling, Coordination and Conduct of Examinations.• Planning and monitoring of batch schedules and controlling deviations.• Budget planning and expenditure control. • Overall administration of the Branches.
