As President of the Healthcare and Life Sciences division at Firstsource, my role is to lead our team to help our clients transform their businesses, by introducing cutting-edge innovations and re-engineering their business processes.As the Chief Sales Transformation Officer for Firstsource, I am responsible for optimizing the company's brand presence, strengthening the sales enablement engine, adding new sales channels, and bringing consistencies and best practices into Firstsource’s Go-To-Market strategy.My experience gained over 20+ years in the business process industry, of which 12 years have been in healthcare, positions me at the forefront of a rapidly changing industry.The healthcare organizations we work with currently face a multitude of challenges, including the need for increased digitization and a new strategic approach to the way in which members/patients are engaged and retained. They are also concerned about taking responsibility for the health of their patients. At Firstsource we bring solutions to these issues based on our collective domain knowledge, and drive exceptional results for our customers. I take pride in building a team and developing a business division that is making a positive impact on the way in which our customers operate. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening – something to do with the satisfaction of seeing the fruits of my labor in a relatively short time frame. I suppose this could be seen as an analogy for the way in which I approach my work life!
