Played a vital role in growth of the assigned projects and was responsible to establish teams from scratch as part of ODC set up for PeopleSoft and Oracle. I did start my career in marketing and later shifted to software industry and worked for 22 years. As a marketer, I’m always fascinated to know various technology changes in the world. However, marketing and business development is became part of my life.As an educator, I’m part of the www.Schoolpapers.in and www.igebra.ai journey and working towards growth of our early stage startups. As a growth enabler onboarded 4 government clients within 6 months when associated with Jeneffco. My passion for the startup space grew even more when I saw results that were beyond my expectations. Being a growth enabler, played a key role to take schoolpapers.in into international platform of QITCOM, Qatar and Imagine Tomorrow event in Istanbul, Turkey. Also it has been selected startup program organised by IITH and Telangana State Innovation Department. Being in EdTech and as educator, we would love to be part of this educational journey and to be part of the technology changes in education where we can contribute our bit of service to society and encourage kids to learn with joy & happiness rather than pain and struggle. Have passion towards sports and represented Hyderabad Cricket league and also played for College. Also, established Hyd-Sec’bad Tennis Parents Association and brought many changes to improve tennis development in Hyderabad. The best part of these years is the wonderful memories I’ve been able to create with the talented people in our team of technology, creative, marketing and business development. I’ve also had tremendous learnings from the hundreds of people I’ve met from different level of my life and continuously having a privilege to mentor various people as part of my professional journey. What keeps me going is that the fascination I had as a kid taking challenges in day to day life and also help people to get into good career space. It always motivates me to go an extra mile.
