KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: RECORD TO REPORT• Perform month-end / period-end activities in accordance with the financial close schedules and the established guidelines.• Preparation and finalization of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation and reporting. • Prepare Branch Reconciliation• Analyzed files and accounts for discrepancies and resolved variances.• Group-wise consolidation of all branches• Standalone and Consolidated Branch MIS Preparation • Preparing monthly corporate inventory MIS report, gross margin, costing report, and stock ageing r eport statements on monthly• Inventory reconciliation & physical verification of material for internal & external audits.• Maintenance of GL master data• Provide support for internal and external financial audits.• Respond to MIS queries and post accounting adjustments as required.• Team handling of 6 to 7 membersMANAGE ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCES:• Billing, Accounts receivables and accounts payable, collections, and analysis reporting.• Preparation of debtor's outstanding reports, aging analysis, and follow-ups with clients.• GST return filling (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B) on monthly basis, Purchase register vs GSTR2A & GSTR2B and reconciliation.• TDS Compliance• Import Export Coordinator -Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.• Custom duty payment thru ICEGATE Portal.• Application to SAD refund

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage accounts receivables and accounts payable, collections and analysis reporting.• Preparation of Bank and client reconciliation• Resolving client queries regarding the billing• Supporting MIS team in preparation of budget reports and analysis• Coordinating with auditors• Vendor/Customer balance reconciliation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Accounts receivables and accounts payable, collections and analysis reporting.• Monthly BRS and reporting.• Prepare branch-wise monthly expenses statement.• Monthly invoicing• Professional tax monthly returns• TDS Calculation• Handling the sales tax assessment under CST Act & VAT Act.• Handling the statutory compliance of administration & accounts.• Verification of staff tour bills and any other reimbursements.• Sales tax monthly returns-VAT, CST, annual returns, etc.• Custom duty payment thru ICEGATE• Coordinating with auditors• Application for SAD refund in the customs office and successfully got the refund.
