Project Managed multiple tier-1 events as the design lead POC for Amazon Turkey and Europe marketplace with respect to design production timelines, requirement intake, design process and deliverables, coordination with other designers on the team, internal automation team and multiple external marketing team stakeholders.5. Worked with external marketing team stakeholders of Amazon Turkey and Europe (UK, IT, ES, FR, DE, SE) marketplaces and influenced them to adopt low and medium design complexity automation by communicating with them on the benefits of such automation with respect to time and effort save and avoidance of dependency especially for last minute requirements. This was inline with the team's goal as well.6. Held trainings and overview sessions for marketing team stakeholders across EU, Turkey on the new processes that helped the stakeholders understand and transition.
