KLIQ Soft Solutions is a software company that offers products for various industries and sectors. As a Support Executive, I provide customer service management and technical support to clients using our software products. I work with them to resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.I have more than four years of experience in this role, and I have developed skills in Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports, which I use to create and troubleshoot reports and queries. I am also pursuing my BSC degree in Computer Science at Aacharya Nagarjuna University, where I am learning the fundamentals of programming, data structures, algorithms, and databases. I am passionate about solving problems, improving software quality and performance, and creating innovative and user-friendly solutions.
