Worked as Remediation Lead and Application packager for about 500 apps . Migration of Apps from Win7 to Win10.

Creating application packages and deployed using SCCM. Working closely with application owners on any or all of the application request phases until completion. Packaging and customizing the applications as per the Client requirement in Windows Installer format using Admin Studio and Install shield. Creating transforms for existing vendor MSI Products. Working on updating and migration of packages from windows 7 to Windows 10. Developing scripts in Power Shell, wise,Batch and VB Script to automate package installation. Design and implement test plans for distribution of software applications and patches on all desktop images. Deploying windows workstation patches. Microsoft patch deployment creation, troubleshooting and compliance management. Thoroughly test application packages for issues prior to being rolled out to the environment. Checking the package for the quality as per the QA standards specified by the client. Testing the packages and making the test result documentations. If required, Trouble shooting the application after deployment. Maintaining the application compliance at 95%. Configured GPO’s as well as SCCM Client policies for Windows 10 PC’s. Created change management tickets in remedy and service now for approval purpose.
