Transformation in Global Markets and Private Banking.

Took a brief sabbatical from Banking by adopting a charity struggling from lack of leadership. After a short stint at damage control, I took up the helm of this worthy cause as Executive Director (CEO). Diabetes Singapore is now in a steady growth state with well defined strategy and programs for community/corporate sponsors, partnership with the Government, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers.

Alignment of the WM Operating Model (IT and Operations) with business strategy. Pioneered the Business Architecture framework for alignment of Target Operating Model to business needs.Management of divestiture of ‘de-emphasis’ booking centers and legal entities

Integration of Asset & Wealth Management divisions

As the COO, I managed the rollout of Avaloq platform and operations outsourcing in 2014~’15. In mid-2015, the project had hit several bottlenecks, which dead-locked the implementation. I then took on additional responsibility as the Program Director and directly managed the vendor and Bank’s project teams. The program went live in November 2015.
