Project Description: As a Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies Limited, I played a key role in the IGT Lottery Gaming Project for our esteemed client, IGT. The project involved the testing of various modules, encompassing ticket generation, drawing results, and payout calculations. My responsibilities included ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and rules, contributing to the project's success.Roles and Responsibilities:  Developed and executed comprehensive test plans and test cases, validating system functionalities such as ticket sales, prize validation, and payout processes. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to identify and address software defects and issues promptly. Conducted manual testing of lottery gaming systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Documented and reported software defects using defect tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely communication of issues to the development team. Participated in test case reviews, providing valuable feedback for continuous process improvement. Assisted in the creation and maintenance of test environments and test data. Conducted regression testing to ensure system stability post bug fixes and updates. Worked closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translated them into effective test scenarios. Contributed to the enhancement of testing methodologies and strategies, optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

Project Description: Contributed to the Xerox product line, specializing in multifunction printers (MFPs) capable of various tasks like Copy, Email, Send to Network Folder, Fax, etc. Engaged in Embedded, Firmware testing encompassing Application, Web, Product & Functionality, and Print driver testing. Led the HCL QA team in validating and accepting major features across all four spyglass& javelin configurations.Roles and Responsibilities: Developed and executed comprehensive test plans, test cases, and strategies for validating software functionality, user interfaces, and system compatibility. Reviewed defects, test cases, and test results, providing feedback to the team based on functional specs and product understanding. Conducted thorough regression testing to ensure new features didn't adversely impact existing functionalities, maintaining high product quality. Identified and reported software defects, tracked issues through resolution, and collaborated closely with the development team to ensure timely fixes. Utilized various testing methodologies and tools, enhancing testing processes and overall efficiency. Tested different integrated modules (CCS, IIT, IOT) using various techniques and performed necessary upgrades to ensure module compatibility with new versions. Executed smoke and acceptance test cases, analyzed results, reported to the management hierarchy, and logged corresponding issues in the relevant tracking tool.
