• I’m a key Trailers contact between IMAX and all studios/distributors, also acting as a pivotal point person internally for coordinating IMAX’s Post-Production, Distribution, and Marketing teams. IMAX releases over 50.
• I work with Studios to plan upcoming trailer placements on feature releases.
• Manage trailer orders for all domestic and international theatres from each studio/distributor IMAX partners with.
• Collect all inserts and versioning elements and direct them to the proper department.
• Order sound elements with our internal sound team and coordinate delivery with Post.
• Collect needed Purchase Orders from studios.

I was responsible for coordinating the delivery of DCPs for all IMAX titles and territories, as well as KDM booking and any special events and screenings at IMAX venues worldwide. As part of the Ops team, we facilitate communication between IMAX Post Production and our various partner studios and labs. (Though I worked with all domestic and worldwide.

As with my other roles in television (below), being able to switch gears and pick up new skills on the fly were key to my success as a Producer.
