Dear connections,It's great to e-meet you! My story of being the Co-founder of Valuepersqft didn't happen overnight but through a series of life events. I would like to take you through some of the important life events that brought me to the current position - My love for swimming started in the 6th standard and I went on to participate & win state and national championships - 300 gold, 380 silver & 400+ bronze. I feel proud to have represented my country at several international competitions in Italy & Pakistan. After an accident, I had to leave swimming and pursue a sales job at BMW. This is where I laid the foundation of my marketing and sales career. I learnt every aspect of sales - connecting with the customers, understanding consumer behaviour, hitting monthly sales and many more. I then got a sales job at a real estate company and that's where I saw the poor state of the real estate market that hardly provided any value to customers. More so, it was focused on selling properties rather than building a connection with the customers, suggesting the best properties & assisting them in the entire property investment process. Customers had to do most of the legal and other formalities by themselves. Looking at the market scenario, I knew real estate investors deserved more while investing in properties. And that's how Sanjay (Co-founder) & I built Valupersqft in 2018. The purpose of the company is not to sell properties but to create a seamless and transparent investment process for an investor while buying a property. I take pride in every bit of my life journey that has made me capable of taking ahead our company vision to create a revolutionizing change in the most complex industry - Real Estate.Each day gives us new opportunities to take forward our company vision.
