I have been involved with learning domain in various roles that includes both a service provider and a customer. My core expertise lies in understanding customer requirements, thinking out of the box to come up with appropriate solutions, bring in innovation and build the solution, deploy it, test it and conduct formal research to validate effectiveness. It is all about how to best use technology to design solutions that solve challenges and problems no matter how big or small they are. This is what I leverage in my current role as the head of sales and marketing function at Mitr Learning and Media, a leading digital content and technology solutions company at Mumbai, India that is powered by the spirit of innovation and customer orientation of not only its founders, executive leadership but also its team members. **Some special achievements**: **Certainty based learning and assessment**: I have developed an innovative assessment methodology that incorporates both the respondent's certainty level and their answers. This approach results in a comprehensive assessment and unique knowledge categorization system, which in turn allows for a highly effective solution in personalized remedial instruction. This method also facilitates an accelerated path to mastery, with a strong emphasis on retention and performance orientation. An online platform for learning and content management was designed and developed to bring this concept to life.**Full spectrum of training development:** From training needs analysis, cognitive task analysis, design and development of the VR surgical simulator, simulation-based learning system, curriculum design and development, instructor training, training center design, training operations model, and training research and validation for solving a tough challenge in rapidly training surgeons in performing cataract surgery. The solution has been rolled out worldwide.
