 Responsible for managing customer quality issues and RCA/8D Process to ensure timely closure of Quality issues and improvement and preventive actions To jointly and major breakthrough process quality improvement in shop floor in line with Rtssl Handling Non-confirming product/components – coordinate all on-hold activities ensure no escapee to customer during quality crises/issues and line purge. Work with production /engineering for effective evaluation of non-conformance product to ensure appropriate disposition. To review update document process flows, Procedures and change made. To provide quality support to New product and MCR Projects I have handle all supplier parts received inspection related Activity.  Coordination with purchase dept. with concern dept. regarding Quality Problems.  Preparation inward Quality related Activity means AOI, SOP, Work Instruction, and Quality related Procedure, Visual Aids. Raising NCR in case Of Non-conformance Observed In receipt or line and follow up of NCR closer with supplier.  Arrange & attending meeting supplier quality related Issues  Maintaining monthly record of 8D & PPM. Reviewing and closer the 8D Received from Supplier Reviewing the inspection & manufacturing feasibility received from supplier Verified and Conformance of supplier Test certificate & PDIR.  Regarding inspected material move to store by SAP System.  Supplier audit and supplier audit plan Do Known about supplier rating & supplier evaluation method. Performing layout inspection as per plan for all child parts

 Performing Calibration on measuring instrument.  Preparation & updating the Incoming Inspection plans. Performing Calibration on Receiving gauge and fixture through Linear measuring machine. Ensuring all the equipment and measurement are calibrated on a periodic basis.  Prepare the calibration work instruction for all measurement and equipment. Controlling the Calibration of Certificates & in house NABL Related Documents. Coordinating outside vendors to schedule calibration on site.  Monitoring housekeeping and temperature data for daily basis. Ensure all calibration standards and Quality laboratory manual. Conducting measurement system analysis (MSA) studies for measuring instruments. In process Audit carried for powder coating, welding, and foaming as per Check sheet. Conducting SPC analysis for critical & major characteristics. Co-coordinating to establishing ISO/IEC 17025 (NABL) procedure. Expert in handling of all Measuring instruments. Carry out the Tensile testing, Hardness testing.
