Thereafter, had presented a Project Report to the Board of Directors, of Polyflor at Manchester and participated in a detailed Brain Storming Session for finalizing the Polyflor India, Entry Strategy.Actively involved in forming the Company, Selection of Team India, obtaining all the approvals, Licenses, for the Operation of Polyflor India Pvt Ltd, and Mentoring them till such time they are fully Operational. This Assignment is in an advanced stage of progress and also continue to be a Director, in the Board of Directors of the Company.

Has been involved as a Management Consultant, for an Acquisition of a Fire Engg Contracting CosIn Chennai, India , for them. This involved assisting in, Conducting Due Diligence of the Cos , Risk Analysis, Evaluating the financials, Participate in Selection of Key Personnel and formulating Turn Around Strategies, including Restructuring and thereafter Monitoring them periodically. This assignment is also in progress.
