Delivery responsible for realization of major programs.1. CCRM - Introduction of Xtra: Program to introduce 'Xtra' (https://mijnxtra.be/xtra/nl/home) as unique identity of the group companies. Lead the development teams with multiple technologies (Java, Mobile-Android, iOS, MF, Web methods, DBA, Informatica PWC, Infra teams). The teams spread across Belgium and India. Launched Xtra to the market successfully on 4/4/2017.XTRA is further enriched by adding more user functionalities like Payment, Fueling at DATS24, Smart watch and much more... 2. CCRM - GDPR compliance: Lead the development teams in realization of changes needed for making the group comply with the GDPR. 3. SCFP (Supply Chain Food Program): This is another strategic program where the existing IT systems supporting the Supply Chain Food of Colruyt (CLP) are implemented across the group companies Colruyt France (CPQ), Retail Partners Colruyt Group (RPCG). Took up the Project Manager leading the teams to do (multi) deployment of existing components at CPQ&RPCG. Next to enabling the multiple deployment, we also cleared out majority of theTechnical debt in existing components.Projects took up as Project Manager -1. Implementation at RPCG-Deployment2. Deploy of DWH at CPQ (Stock and Order picking)3. Remove Limitation of DC (at CLP)
