To get the complete ownership of WMS(Wireless Management system) KPI and Stability features from Beijing to Bangalore. Responsible for building technical capabilities of Test Team in India and Improve the Team Competency in EMS and NMS domain.Responsible for analysis and design of new features.Responsible for Setting up CI setup and Automation FrameworkKPI PRIME :As a KPI team for a team of 3 members, need to guide the team technically in terms of executing test cases and setting up the test bed apart from my test bed setup and test case execution.CI PRIME :As a CI prime i am the single person working parallely on this activity.Jenklis, apache and cURL has been used to setup CI environment.Setting up CI environment and executing automation suits like sikuli and WAT suits on weekly based builds.Automation PRIME :As an automation prime guiding and implementing the sikuli based scripts to automate GUI based test cases.Guiding one team member to enhance the WAT framework (TCL).

The move from ALU to HCL was forced by ALU, as they out sourced their wireless division to HCL.
