In a career span of close to 30 years a large part of which is in the IT industry, I have had the opportunity to work with global industry leaders in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer and Banking sectors.Throughout my career, I built new business segments and developed struggling Business Units with tremendous success. The company's strategy was to partner with clients in their Hybrid Multi-Cloud journey. In this direction I took over the role of Director - Cloud Services for IBM in India. As part of this role I was responsible to Drive cloud services business, Manage Relationships with all Hyper scale Cloud partners like AWS/ Azure/ GCP, Hybrid Cloud platforms like RedHat/ Vmware and also born on the Cloud SAAS partners like Adobe and Salesforce. During my stint as the IBM Cloud Services leader my first task was to bring a structure to the organisation and the business and set it up for growth. I spent the first couple of months building the team and fixing a structure and process that can help drive growth. By the end of my stint we had a solid team and all the business metrics turned green and business started a strong recovery. -
