Production - Chemplast Sanmar Limited, Cuddalore.Present Role: In charge of Cryogenic (Sub Zero temp) storage tank farm terminal of Ethylene (7500 m3) and VCM (15000 m3) at atm pressure (1000 mm WC). Boil off compressor's plant. In charge of De-salination plant of capacity 40 MLD per day, (Reverse Osmosis Plant), ZLD, and Waste water treatment.Day to day activities of Cryogenic storage terminal, desalination plant, including leading a team of Service departments and production departments, for smooth operation of plant, Daily Operation activities of 750Mt/Day capacity PVC resin manufacturing plant, (Batch reactors of 120 M3 capacity, Stripping unit, Fluidized bed drier, and Pneumatic conveying system and high Volume and High speed Automatic bagging machines) Experience in Production SAP for daily activities,Experience in Ship Unloading of VCM at - 13.6 Deg C & Ethylene at - 103.6 Deg C , well versed with Marine and Jetty operation, for berthing and un berthing of Cryogenic cargo Ships, Preparation of Shift schedules and managing a team of professionals, size of team 80 no's, Description: - Sanmar group has its main businesses in PVC, Chlorochemicals and Piping systems. Sanmar has its plants located at Panruti, Ponneri, Mettur Cuddalore and Karaikkal.and VCM - Marine terminal facility in Karaikkal and Cuddalore. Handled Cryogenic Fluids like VCM, Ethylene etc, in unloading from Ships and Storage under subzero temperatures, Handled Pollution Control boards, MOEF, NSPC, TNMB, ISO 9001 - 2008 Audits, ISO14001 Audits, TPM, Etc.

• Key responsibilities as a production manager involved participating in environmental management activities and obtaining ISO 14001 certification over the years.• Managed to meet the safe industrial environmental standards in the industry township at SIPCOT. • Managed the work schedules and Shift allocation, maintenance duties of the personnel• Worked on cost savings projects by choosing to install variable A/C frequency devices wherever necessary in plant for pumps of High HP and reduction of manpower by installing PLC in plant operation• As a very active participant in ISO 14001 activities, worked as in charge of six different environmental management programs which are being carried over in all the detergent divisions.• Worked with Canadian team to start operations of a chemical processing plant in Montreal. Designed the process controlling parameters for the plant in Montreal and supervised the production for 3 months and updated the process parameters to stabilize the process.• Worked with Italian and Singaporean delegates in presenting the potential of the company and getting opportunities for business growth.• Extreme expertise in documentation and standards for ISO 9002.

Joined as Fresher and worked in Shift operation of resin Plant for the production of Alkyd resins and Phenolic resins.
