(All formats – Extras, Hyper, Metro/Talad, Express)-Transitioning and setting up of 85 member team for Retail Design process of Thailand, Malaysia, China India & Korea to set up at HSC.-Design & Development of Mall (Food Courts – F&B, Restaurants, Banking, Apparel, Health & beauty chains) Tesco Retail stores in Asia.-Design & Development of Star Bazaar stores & mall for Indian region in collaboration with TRENT team.-Enabled training of 40 professionals on Revit Suite from interdisciplinary teams to deliver pilot phase projects for BIM initiative.-Ensuring development and compliance of Business Plan in Retail Design and delivering to the requirements of Development Program.-Driving monthly Performance Reviews (Projects/ People/ Program) with stakeholders and senior management.-Initiating and driving Business cases for new scope and opportunities to enhance revenue/ headcount/ accountability at HSC.-Awarded Best Team of the Year and Quarter (twice) for successful delivery and implementation of high volumes within stipulated time and budget.

-Worked on projects ranging from Schools, Colleges, and Cultural Centers to Public Spaces. (RBS, Windsor Public School, BNS Station & others)-Owning to a good understanding of UK construction techniques and strong interpersonal skills, roles and responsibilities gradually increased from production of construction drawings to leading a team of 3 producing the Construction set (BNS Station) of drawings. (Work Packages)-Leading testing REVIT and implementing on BIM projects. Worked on a pilot Project (UNN Sports Hall) involving testing and studying the effects and behavior of BIM on Multi-disciplinary projects, developing an Atkins standard template for REVIT, and studying the best multi-disciplinary approach possible for BIM.-Successfully delivered a live project (Selby College) on REVIT with all the tender stage drawings. Team involved 15 members (Multi-disciplinary).-Was involved in training people on REVIT and conducting tests for the trained people to gauge and improve their skill sets during the pilot stage.-Awarded Discretionary Bonus for the contribution towards project rollouts.

-Roles and Responsibilities varied from complete ownership of projects to overlooking a part of the feasibility study, design development and site execution. (From start till the end).-Assisted in establishing BR Architects & Engineers in collaboration with Reichardt Architects to undertake Industrial Specialization Projects.-Projects varied from being Architectural, Landscape, Interiors or a combination of them and the scale varied from small scale housing to large scale corporate campuses.

-Roles and Responsibilities included delivering of an industrial project in Nelamangala (Sartorius India Pvt.) from start till the end in collaboration with Reichardt Architects.-Developed and Implemented Industrial Project Management System (IPMS) in collaboration with Reichardt Architects (Germany) improving the efficiency of production and project management.

-Was Site Supervisor handling Interiors execution at an Engg. College.-Designed and executed residences as part of training & learning curve.-Introduced Presentations using Photoshop to the office.
