1. Be responsible to develop standard planning approaches in EP globally to fit for different business scenarios. 2. Be responsible to manage inventory at global level to achieve the best balance among cash, cost and customer service. 3. 1. Responsible for driving forecast process improvement in Asia Region, monitoring forecast deviation (Range/Country) as per required, working with Commercial on rectification. Involve in regional/global forecast related project.2. Manage range inventory of Dyes at Region level, pre-alert potential shortage by close liaison with Global Demand & Supply Manager / Global Product Manager / Production Planning, and lead effort of gap closure at Region level. 3. Own inventory target of Range of Region. Re-balance stock level within Asia, and with other Regions. Drive and render support to GCs on SNM depletion action. 4. Manage stock position of Phase-in / Phase-out goods, support on MRP planning process improvement with group companies. 5. Participate into Region S&OP to update on forward-looking demand and supply prospect and specific business cases followed with proper and justified resolution. 6. Support training on MRP for region China. Manage Asia Planning Team functionally and Customer Service Team of South East Asia administratively.

1. Ensure all products planning parameters are correctly maintained and optimized to meet both customer service and inventory targets. 2. Ensure all products PO are followed up and supply/shortage status updated to relevant parties. 3. Continuously improve inventory Key Performance Indicator, including month cover, aged stock, non-conformance stock, slow & non-mover stock. Reduce airfreight and improve customer service level, identify target and ensure whole team can meet inventory targets. 4. Ensure correct, accurate and timely set up, maintain and update all relevant systems.
