• Collect, track, and verify asset inventory, condition, and costing data used for life cycle modeling and analysis. • Collect, ensure the integrity of, and transfer all available historical data and other statistical information into the Town’s asset management system – Limble. • Develop macros within spreadsheets using intermediate to advanced VBA programming.• Analyze asset condition data and make recommendations to senior staff. • Provide leadership and training for Asset Management integration to Operations, Maintenance, Technical, Line Management, and Contractor groups in the context of transitioning and onboarding employees to the new asset management system. • Update and maintain maps for the municipality by using ArcGIS software.• Assist the Finance Department in updating the fixed assets listings for all asset/equipment including researching depreciation, expected life, and costs to maintain and/or rebuild to extend the life of the asset/equipment. • Setup new and update existing asset management processes – work order templates, purchase standards, minimum inventory thresholds, etc. • Provide support for the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and Preventative Maintenance plans for assets.• Develop and maintain the asset management registry index within the Town’s asset management software, Limble.• Monitors and maintains data and spot check for use/updates - data quality assurance/control.• Work with site stakeholders to develop integrity programs for assets. • Assist with the development of relevant policies, procedures, SOP/SOM and other training documents to ensure a coordinated departmental asset management approach across the organization.• Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure data/records are accurate and are harmonized across the organization to reduce duplication or inaccuracies. • Coordinate, collect, and/or perform condition assessments of asset life cycle.
