My role is to understand the organizational and logistical needs of my Client's meetings, recommend and source appropriate properties, and serve as a liaison between them and the properties to negotiate the most favorable rate, concessions, and contractual terms and conditions; ultimately ensuring they are receiving the best possible solution. With my passion for service, integrity, hard work and understanding that each of my Clients needs vary, I will create customized solutions to meet their needs for the meetings they plan.

I design customer communication pieces (PPTs, brochures, sales flyers, etc) and manage their website and email communications, which includes integrating into a social media presence.

As a sales manager for the Cincinnati USA CVB I managed several markets throughout my career, with the goal of bringing their meetings and/or conventions to the City of Cincinnati. I met or extremely exceeded my sales goal 7 of 8 years becoming one of their top producers. I was responsible for the largest booking in the history of Cincinnati when we were selected as the first USA host of the World Choir Games. I was awarded the 2016 National Convention for the American Legion, potentially the third largest convention in the city's history. I have also placed Cincinnati USA as a finalist amongst an international group of cities for Lions Clubs International Convention for two consecutive years. In our second attempt Cincinnati placed 2nd to Fukuoka, Japan, out of 6 cities bidding.

Manage the day to day operation of Cincinnati Visitor Center, hire and train personnel, manage online store, build relationships with Bureau members, service special events held at the Visitor Center.

Responsible for managing the Fountain Square Agreement contract and vending program, hiring, training and supervising staff, purchasing and managing equipment and supplies, promoting and marketing Fountain Square special events, maintaining a working relationship with various City of Cincinnati departments, and working as a downtown advocate.Successfully developed and managed the Downtown Ambassador Program, which still exist in downtown Cincinnati.

Created and implemented mall events which included sidewalk sales, concerts, fashion shows, holiday photos, coordinated collateral production, managed budgets, and hired and trained personnel.
