Current• Collaborating intensely with designers and CAS modules to gather Concept CAD data for 3D printed prototypes.• Operating cutting-edge industrial-grade 3D printers, ensuring rapid and precise prototype manufacturing.• Specializing in CAD data preparation, part orientation, and optimization, streamlining the prototyping process.• Consistently delivering high-quality prototypes within tight deadlines, establishing trust and recognition.• Engaging with frame fabricators and clay modelers to create visually compelling clay models.• Staying driven and forward-thinking, continuously updating with the latest rapid prototyping advancements.• Playing pivotal in evaluating and selecting external vendors, focusing on time and cost efficiencies, and coordinating seamless 3D printing operations and continuous project progress.• Utilizing ERP systems effectively to initiate and monitor purchase requisitions, securing the prompt procurement of essential• Prototyping materials, including consumables for advanced 3D printers and services from on boarded vendors.• Establishing and optimizing a dynamic KPI tracking system, regularly communicating detailed progress reports to the Design, Program teams, and upper management, and proactively addressing potential delays in the prototyping cycle.• Committing to excellence and integrating innovative solutions into automotive design.
