I am the Chief Operating Officer of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF) and the Executive Director of the National Law Enforcement Museum (NLEM), which are dedicated to honoring and educating the public about the history and role of law enforcement in the United States. I have been with NLEOMF for over four years, providing strategic planning, budgeting, and operational oversight for departments critical to the infrastructure of the organization. As the Executive Director of NLEM, I lead the strategic vision, operations, and revenue of the institution that showcases the stories, challenges, and achievements of law enforcement officers and agencies across the nation. I have overseen the development and implementation of innovative and engaging programs and exhibits that attract and inspire visitors of all ages and backgrounds.My core competencies include nonprofit leadership and management, financial management, program and exhibit design and evaluation, community engagement, and stakeholder relations. I hold a Master of Science in Arts Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art from the University of Maryland. I am also certified in Financial Management by eCornell.
