- Responsible for recruiting and interviewing new members of IMCB.- Communicate closely with 5 others division such as Quality Management Control, General Affair, Funding, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Art.- Be in charge to maintain good relations between the members.- Informed job duties in IMCB including responsibilities, benefits and working conditions.

- Head Of Media Partner Division for IMCB DAY 4.0- In charge to lead, guide and ensure team performance in order to achieve the set goals- Discovering and seeking information on organizations and media outlets that have a high probability to become IMCB Day 4.0 media partners. - Contacting and negotiating with potential media partners - Prepare the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) file as an agreement with external parties. - Creating a publication schedule to promote the IMCB Day 4.0 event- More than 15 media partners were successfully gathered to promote the event.

- Project Manager for IMCB's Benchmarking event- Coordinate the team to find benchmark partners for IMCB- Benchmarking Project for IMCB and MARCHUNNES - In charge on planning, monitoring, controlling, managing and evaluate the whole event
