Chicago - Fort Myers

National RealEstate Solutions was a consulting firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions, initially started to complete residential transactions in Chicago Area market. Following a successful exit of $2.4M worth of property sales in the first 16 months, the business model transitioned to commercial development projects within the US sourced to the international investors. Mrs. Anderson developed relationships with the US based developers, with proven track record of delivering large scale projects, to make introductions to the European Family Offices evaluating real estate investments in the US. Reviewed project proposals from the developers, understanding the investor risk tolerances and areas of interest, and presented select projects to the investors for consideration.

London, United Kingdom

PPM Technologies manufactured capital equipment for snack food producers around the world, such as PepsiCo (international locations) and Walkers Crisps (UK). The combined portfolio of companies generated over $60M in annual revenues.Following the acquisition of PPM and Wright Machinery by Wright Capital, Mrs. Anderson transitioned to the operational role working with the European team on integration of operational processes and consolidation of business functions across the group. Treasury management responsibilities included contacting Directors and Accounting teams in the US, UK, Sweden and Japan to determine working capital needs, producing and submitting draw requests against $6M working line of credit, initiation of international wire transfers. Served on the Boards of the Holding Company in the US and Joint Venture partnerships in India and Mexico, reporting directly to the CEO, CFO and Chairman of the Board. Engaged site management teams to implement plans around strategic growth, cost savings and process improvement, including areas of HR, IT and group insurance coverage.

Wright Capital Partners was a private equity firm that engaged in capital raising initiatives on behalf of the client companies and for its own portfolio acquisitions. Mrs. Anderson lead due diligence efforts working closely with outside accounting and legal teams, participated in the M&A negotiations, and verified closing addendum and disclosure schedules. Transactions completed: - $180M acquisition and divestiture of a Healthcare conglomerate consistent of $80M real estate portfolio, 160 bed hospital and over 15 private practices; - Acquisitions of international food Manufacturing companies PPM Technologies (spin off from FMC Technologies) and Wright Machinery UK, with combined portfolio generating over $60M in annual revenue and operating out of 6 countries. Engaged at the operational level with portfolio companies, on one off projects mandated by the Board of Directors, until transitioning full time to the UK office.

Vortec PCS was a retail wireless operation, selling cell phones and wireless phone plans under Cingular Wireless brand, with 7 store locations, 28 full time employees, generating over $2.5M in annual revenue. Mrs. Anderson was initially hired as a Project Manager to roll out distribution partnership with Postal Annex franchise in Southern California. Coordinated collateral and product delivery to partner sites, and lead training for the franchise owners enrolled in the program. Promoted to Director of Finance within 6 months. Responsibilities included calculation of monthly commission, payroll processing, generation of monthly financial reports and inventory management. Successfully completed $500K recapitalization effort.Operational responsibilities included: hiring, training and firing of staff, and relationship management.

Boutique recruiting firm specializing in placements within Systems Furniture industry in the Bay Area market. Completed 6 placements ranging from junior designer to business development positions. Scouted and contacted target candidates, cold called into competitors companies, added over 200 pre-qualified industry candidates to the firm’s database.
