Relevant project experience includes: - Post-merger integration of the Portuguese insurance operations of a French insurance group into the largest Belgian insurance group- Integration of the assets and liabilities of a Portuguese bank into one of the largest Spanish financial groups- Definition of the guiding principles for the new commercial strategy of the largest Angolan insurance company - Improvement of the reporting model of a Portuguese bank- Support to the launch of the operation of a new Angolan bank- Support to the launch of the operation of a new Angolan insurance company- PMO in one of the main Angolan insurance companies- Repositioning of the Private Banking department of an Angolan bank
