- Coordination of research & innovation projects related with the energy transition.- Implementation of pilot projects in the electric distribution grid, under h2020 program.- Elaboration of proposals, internal innovation facilitation activities.

Implementation of SAP TM for great distribution leader:‐ Applied test cases, investigated bugs to identify root cause, communicated diagnosis and issues to technical team. PMO:‐ Used various project managment tools (Excel, JIRA) to build weekly reports on the work of 30 Novigo consultants. Conducted interviews to gather data, tracked actual work hours and invoicing.Internal Project (2 months): - Development of time tracking tool to monitor projects’ resource consumption. - Helped identify needs, functionalities and document business requirements.- Collaborated with a full-stack developer based in India to make sure business requirements were translated into technical requirements and reflected in the technology.
