ABC compliance oversight in M&A transactions:- Analysis of M&A transaction structure, suggested investment instruments, defining compliance risk exposure;- Cooperation with external consultants on initial and additional due diligence scope, analysis of due diligence reports in terms of risks covered, identified risk indicators;- Identification of non-go criteria;- Development and oversight of implementation of mitigation measures;- Preparation of transaction documentation in terms of compliance representations, warranties and obligations;- Development and implementation of anti-corruption risk mitigation methodology in M&A process during Monitorship period -Trainings to top management

- Anti-corruption compliance system: development, implementation and assessment of ABC compliance (UK BA, FCPA)- Internal Audit: formalization of internal audit function, development of Internal audit policy, development of annual risk oriented audit plan, performance of internal audits for different international companies- Internal controls: assessment of internal control function, development of enhancement plans, performing projects on IC system development.- Risk management: drafting risk identification and assessment guidelines, development of KRI methodology used to timely risk prevention, designing and implementing the process of financial risk assessment for non-financial companies.- Development of methodology on fraud prevention and detection, dispute & investigation projects.- Procurement function development and implementation for further integration in SAP.
