Manage application database, included original design and development migration of one system to another. Hire all district coaches, provide basic orientation including all new hire paperwork. Manage job descriptions and position openings, Manage application, interview and selection process for Certified and Classified staff, including endorsements and Highly Qualified Status. Schedule team interviews, make interview packets, including appropriate questions and determining eligibility of candidates. Work directly with administrators on position openings, interview process, and hiring procedures taking into consideration collective bargaining agreements, district policies and procedures, state and federal laws as well as best practices. Update and manage department website. Advertise openings within and outside of the district. Assist with district recruitment. Advise administrators on open positions and eligible candidates. Maintain highest level of confidentiality.
