I have experience with personal injury law and I do have an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies degree from National Paralegal College. I currently work for Intake Direct LLC who handles the intake for Eichholtz Law Firm and other PI firms for Mass Tort claims. We answer the phones, gather the information from the client about the incident that occurred and their injuries, and submit that over to the attorney's office to have them to review. We also communicate with clients via email and assist them in singing the contingency fee agreement and medical records request.
