I am research group lead of the XplaiNLP group, I build up during the past years. Within the group, we work on different topics and projects ranging from NLP, xAI, HCI, to medical data privacy. PhD student at the Quality and Usability Lab: - Dissertation Topic - Usable Privacy: research on economic perspective on user's privacy perception (DFG funded project finished Feb. 2023) - Project Lead - news-polygraph: research on multimodal fake news detection, integration of XAI features and human intelligence to increase overall fake news detection performance (BMBF funded project Mai 2023 - April 2026)- Project Lead - ateSDG: research on (green) claim extraction, classification of SDG in various text sources (funded by Climate Change Center Berlin Brandenburg March 2023-December 2023)

Activities: (1) data analysis and implementation of time series prediction models (Python/R) to forecast key performance indicators based on past performance; (2) internal workshops to showcase promising applications and results; (3) participation in international conferences about the future of AI and implementation strategies.

Activities: giving exercises for the lecture Multivariate Methods (implementation in R).

Activities: data visualization for meteorological measurements and implementation of ML-based (CNN) prediction models for a multiclass classification problem to classify various cloud types over the ocean.

Activities: (1) data analysis of long-term quantitative longitudinal studies for European user groups; (2) questionnaire design and cross-country comparisons for short-term segmentation studies.

Activities: data preprocessing for a large-scale study on small political parties in Germany.

Activities: (1) organisation (and participation) in a charity marathon in Prague; (2) preparing meetings and strategic development of the global managing board of Light for the World; (3) development of global funds and website management.

Activities: (1) basic military training (Seeth); (2) paramedic soldier in the mountain troops (Füssen).
