 Negotiate profitable contracts and secure long-term tenant agreements. Coordinate hiring, training, and ongoing professional development of property management and administrative staff.  Develop reports, administer budgets, allocate resources, and ensure operational compliance with industry and corporate standards. Guide property improvement projects, partnering with contractors, and building owners to secure on-time deliveries. Preparation of eviction procedures in accordance with city/state regulations and appear in court with legal counsel as company representative. Work directly with controller to assure all operating and escrow account are accurate.
