• As a part of ARC agency, took on the majority of tasks for client CRM campaign management, including send-outs execution, status reports, timings & budget control, and managed to meet all KPIs and deadlines without fail.• Worked closely with the Head of Data Engineering to develop and implement structured and efficient task management processes for Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) projects, and also drafted documentation templates for general project management and BI projects, actively supporting their adoption.• As a part of the Data Engineering department, extensively handled planning and cost estimates, backlog planning, task prioritization, and execution control for various BI and DWH projects, including complex cross-team projects, and additionally, managed support for finished products like the internal reporting system.• Organized the internal knowledge database and supervised the preparation of documentation for both active and finished projects for both the Data Engineering department and the Data Strategy department. • Took over both development and support of the company’s chatbot and leveraged a no-code platform for the successful development of a content library for all RoRe’s PR materials.

• As a part of various project teams, actively participated in all community-related issues, from communication with gamers and content management (news, PR materials, etc.), to social media management, event management, game updates QA, and monetization planning.• For all of my projects, managed to build and maintain a solid relationship with communities, opinion leaders, and volunteers. • Planned quests and rewards for a first battle pass-like event for ArcheAge RU, assisted with its launch and ongoing support, which led to a significant increase in retention and profits.• As a part of AcheAge Ru team, actively assisted with monetization events planning and execution, including proposing a plan for new loot boxes (Igromarket project), which were adopted without any major changes.
