I conduct a private psychological practice, work in an integrative approach (using methods of body-oriented therapy, gestalt therapy, CBT, EOT, etc.).I completed personal psychotherapy in 2017.In my work, I rely on the ethical principles of the work of a psychologist, including confidentiality, responsibility, competence and voluntariness.I use only methods based on scientific psychology in my work, have excellent skills in psychodiagnostics (I use only valid methods) and psychocorrection.I have a higher psychological education (Russian bachelor's degree) and higher education in the agricultural sector (gardening).I am constantly improving my qualifications, participating in professional conferences, etc.I have ruled my own small dance school for 6 years (until 2019) and today I continue teaching dance women. Based on scientific psychological knowledge and my dance experience, I have developed a stress management through the body system for women.I started my path to work as a psychologist-counselor by working as a Montessori teacher's assistant in a Montessori kindergarten, then for more than 2 years I worked privately as an early development teacher and a Montessori nanny in families with children of different ages, I have recommendations from some of the families. At the same time as working in families, I began to conduct psychological practice, consulting families with children. Gradually, I began to conduct individual consultations, and now lectures.Currently, in addition to psychological counseling, I am a speaker(various psychological topics), I cooperate with organizations on issues of emotional burnout, I have developed my own project on the prevention and management of emotional burnout of employees (using only scientific methods).I conduct psychological consultations on a wide range of issues in person (St. Petersburg) and online (any country), most often recently I have been working with requests for crisis conditions (loss, military operations, emigration, etc.).In addition to the Russian diploma of higher psychological education, I have a European diploma supplement.I will be glad to participate in interesting projects (any countries), work with organizations on the prevention and management of emotional burnout, as well as cooperation in various formats, including full or part-time employment under the client's appointment.I speak English at the Intermediate level, so currently I can work with Russian-speaking clients. I am currently mastering professional English, and I plan to help English-speaking clients in the future.
